When dealing with domestic clients we always recommend getting LincCon Ltd on board from day one, this may go against normal building practices where an architect is employed to formulate the drawings and documents and then embark on a lengthy tendering process – which is OK for large schemes – but we feel that you need to know whether the ‘dream’ is achievable at the budget you have. We advise getting LinCon Ltd on board from the start of the project. We offer the full design service. Builder/Architect discussions throughout the design process to achieve a buildable project to budget parameters, we then organise and undertake all planning and building control applications and then of course the construction process providing a seamless transition throughout the stages.

If you already have planning approval and a full set of working drawings you can either contact us to arrange a site visit to enable a competitive quote or we offer a ‘Online Quotation’. Just email the drawings through to us and will we provide an online quotation without visiting site. Albeit not the most accurate way but not far off we would base the quote on a flat site with easy access unless told different. Should our quotation then be of interest to you we can arrange a more detailed quote following a site visit.

LinCon Ltd are experts in extending and refurbishing homes and have completed a number of projects in the Lincolnshire area. At LinCon we understand just how important it is to enable your extension or loft conversion to blend into the existing house as well as surrounding homes. We listen to your ideas and can assist with your design ideas. LinCon Ltd can cover every aspect of your concrete flooring requirements from the design to the construction. We have vast experience in laying and finishing concrete, utilising steel fibres, polypropylene fibres, steel mesh fabric and loose bar types of reinforcement. Our concreting team uses a Somero Copperhead XD 3.0 for speedy laying and quality finish. This is ideal for floor slabs and hard standing industrial and commercial yards. All treatments take place using the best quality equipment and all operatives are highly skilled and trained.

We regularly undertake drainage works, installing pipes of all varieties, diameters and depths, including the use of pre fabricated and constructed insutu chambers. We are experienced in the installation of Bio discs, interceptors and dirty water holding tanks.
